Ecomtoolpack sells Claude Skills, prompt packs and free calculators for online stores, and runs this website at ecomtoolpack.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.

What we collect
- When you buy. Gumroad takes the payment. We receive your email address, the product, the price, your licence key and the sale ID. We never see your card details.
- When you sign in to your library. Your email, licence key and a random device ID, plus the network, country and browser you sign in from. We use these to keep your library secure and stop a licence being shared.
- When you contact us. Your name, email, topic and message, from the contact form or the Help button in your library, so we can reply.
- The ad you came from. If you arrive from an ad and accept cookies, the ad's click ID (such as Google's gclid) and campaign tags are added to the Gumroad link and kept with your sale. This tells us which ads lead to sales. It never includes your name or email.
- How the site is used. If you accept cookies: pages viewed, buttons pressed, scroll depth and similar, measured by the tools listed below. The free calculators and checkers run in your browser and never send us what you type.
Why, and the legal basis
- Contract: delivering what you bought, your library, updates and support.
- Legitimate interests: keeping licences secure, preventing fraud and answering questions before you buy.
- Consent: analytics and advertising cookies, and keeping the ad click with your sale. You can change your mind at any time.
- Legal obligation: sales and tax records.
How long we keep it
Purchase and licence records for as long as your licence is active, and sales records for six years for tax. Sign-in, support and ad click records only for as long as we need them to run your library, answer you and measure our ads. Ask us at any time and we will delete what we do not have to keep.
Who we share it with
Only the services that run the site: Gumroad (payments and licence keys), Cloudflare (hosting, database and files), Google (Gmail for replies, and Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Ads if you accept cookies), Meta and Microsoft (ads, if you accept cookies) and Microsoft Clarity (how pages are used, if you accept cookies). Some of these are outside the UK; where they are, they use the UK's approved safeguards for international transfers. We never sell your data.
Cookies
Essential browser storage keeps you signed in to your library and remembers your cookie choice. Nothing else is set, and no analytics or advertising tags load, until you press Accept.

Choosing Essential only keeps the analytics and advertising tags switched off and removes any saved ad click.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email [email protected] and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
If you are in the US or the UAE
United States. Some US states give residents rights over their personal information, such as the right to know what is held, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or its use for targeted advertising. We do not sell personal information. To use any of these rights, or to opt out of advertising cookies, choose Essential only with the button above or email [email protected]. We will answer every request, whichever state you live in.
United Arab Emirates. If you are in the UAE, we handle your information in line with the principles of the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021): only what we need, for the reasons above, kept secure. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing [email protected].
